All conference participants must register online at the official Website. Participants who complete the pre-registration process will be assured of being given the entire conference material package upon their arrival. Advance registrations are preferred in order to facilitate planning of the scientific sessions and social events of the congress. On-site registration is strongly discouraged and availability for social events could not be guaranteed.

All bank remittance charges should be paid by the sender. In order to confirm your payment, please send the remittance slip via e-mail (registration@www2016.ca).
Confirmation and Receipt
After your on-line registration and the payment are completed, you will receive the confirmation letter from WWW2016 secretariat including your registration number and other information regarding the registration via e-mail. If you do not receive the letter within a week, please kindly contact the Secretariat on (registration@www2016.ca).
Receipts will be provided at the on-site registration desk upon your arrival.
Cancellation and Refund Policy
For cancellations of your registration, a written request must be sent to the registration@www2016.ca. Please note that refund will be made after the conference and bank charges will be deducted from the refund amount. The registration fees are refundable as specified below.
