WWW9 refereed papers have been selected by an International Program Committee from over 280 submissions, and represent the forefront of current Web research, development and practice. In addition to the presentations by the authors, the papers will be made available to attendees in a proceedings published by Elsevier Science. Best Paper and Best Presentation awards will be presented at the conference.

In cooperation with ACM/SIGWEB, a special Hypermedia Track is included on Wednesday as sessions A9 and A12.
