Exhibiting at the Ninth International World Wide Web Conference

May 15-19, 2000, Amsterdam

The Exhibition to be held in conjunction with the Ninth International World Wide Web Conference will be held at the RAI International Exhibition & Congress Centre on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday, May 16, 17, and 18, 2000.  Hours of the Exhibition are 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM on Tuesday and Wednesday, and 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM on Thursday.  Foretec Seminars, Inc. reserves the right to make changes in the dates and times of the Exhibition, but such changes will not move the Exhibition out of the May 15, 2000 Conference week.  Any such changes will be made known as far in advance of the Exhibition as possible and Exhibitors will be notified accordingly.

3. EXHIBITORS USING MODULAR SHELL SCHEME:

The rental fees in Sections 1 and 2 include:  booth space rental, white wall elements (250x100cm), aluminum uprights and plinths, aluminum fascia (40cm) with white panels (25cm), one booth number and company identification sign (name) in Helvetica Capital black (7.5 cm high), escolita carpet tiles (color to be determined), an Ethernet connection to the Internet (10baseT in 3x3 and 3x6 meter booths, and 100baseT in 6x6 and 6x9 meter booths), build-up and dismantling during regular office hours, perimeter security, and an Exhibitor Manual.

Also included for each 3x3 meter module is a connection to the main power source of 1kW including consumption, one 1kW wall socket, one spotlight, and Furniture Package 1 (80x135cm table and chair) or Furniture Package 2 (80cm round pedestal table and stool).

4. EXHIBITORS SUPPLYING THEIR OWN BOOTHS:

The rental fees in Sections 1 and 2 include:  booth space rental, one booth number and company identification sign (name) in Helvetica Capital black (7.5 cm high), escolita carpet tiles (color to be determined), an Ethernet connection to the Internet (10baseT in 3x3 and 3x6 meter booths, and 100baseT in 6x6 and 6x9 meter booths), perimeter security, and an Exhibitor Manual.

Also included for each 3x3 meter module is a connection to the main power source of 1kW including consumption, one 1kW wall socket, general illumination, and Furniture Package 1 (80x135cm table and chair) or Furniture Package 2 (80cm round pedestal table and stool).

5. ADDITIONAL EXHIBITOR MATERIALS AND SERVICES:

Additional furniture, materials, and services specified in catalogs to be provided, may be ordered from either Foretec or from the Exhibition Decorator directly.  Additional Internet connectivity or capacity may be ordered from Foretec.

6. BOOTH ALLOCATION:

Exhibit space will be assigned in the order in which signed agreements, accompanied by payment, are received.  If the applicant's choices of exhibit space have been assigned, Foretec will ask the Exhibitor to select from the remaining available spaces.  Foretec reserves the right to determine the final arrangement of exhibits to produce the most effective layout.

7. PAYMENT:

The total amount is due upon submission of the Exhibition Agreement.
