On-Site Registration

You may register and/or pay on-site the week of the conference at the RAI International Exhibition & Congress Centre in the Lounge Forum during the following times:

* employed full-time by a university or other academic institution (academic research center, museum, and galleries), or a full-time student; appropriate ID will be required upon check-in.


Full Conference registration includes the conference proceedings, poster proceedings, all conference events on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday, a welcome reception Tuesday evening, a posters reception Wednesday evening, and coffee breaks.

Single-day Conference registration includes all conference events for the day registered. (Those who wish to register only for the Hypermedia Track on Wednesday should select this option on the registration form.)

Tutorial registration includes tutorial materials, continental breakfast, lunch, and coffee breaks.

Workshop participation requires registration for the full conference, an additional payment of USD100 or EUR100, and acceptance to the workshop by its organizer.

Developers Day registration includes admission to all Friday sessions, and coffee breaks.


Payment All payments must be made on-site with credit cards in US dollars, personal or company checks in US Dollars drawn on a US bank or in Euros drawn on a European Union bank, or in cash using US or Dutch currencies. Please make checks payable to: "Foretec Seminars, Inc."


Refunds Refunds are subject to a USD50 service charge, and requests must be received by 5PM ET, May 1, 2000.


Substitutions Substitution of one registrant for another requires cancellation of the original registration via a refund request and submission of a new registration form and payment, and is subject to the USD50 OR EUR50 service charge.


Tutorial Cancellation If it becomes necessary to cancel a tutorial due to insufficient registration or instructor incapacitation, a choice will be offered of attending a different tutorial or of obtaining a refund of the tutorial portion of your registration fee. Such refunds will not be subject to the USD50/EUR50 fee and cutoff date defined above for general refunds.

An indication of the fee amounts in other currencies can be obtained by using this currency converter. Please note however that the actual conversion rate used for payments will be determined by the credit card company and/or banks involved at the time your payment is processed.


Please Note: You may be required to obtain a visa to enter The Netherlands. Please be sure to check with your nearest Dutch consolate.
