Rooms are available at the hotels listed below. You can book your accommodation when you
book your conference place online. A valid credit card
number must be given when making your booking, as this is required to guarantee your
booking. Please ensure that your credit card will still be valid at the time of the
conference. Payment for all accommodation booked is to be settled with the hotel direct
upon departure together with any room extras.
If you have already registered for the conference but did not book accommodation at
the same time, you are still able to do so. Simply click here to download
the Accommodation Booking Form, complete and return to the Conference Office as
indicated. Your online booking will updated with your accommodation request and a member
of the Conference Office will get in touch with you to confirm your hotel booking
details.
Any changes or cancellations to your accommodation booking must be notified to
Victoria Hancock, In Any Event UK Ltd on Tel: +44 (0) 117 925 7100 or venues@inanyevent-uk.com . You will be charged for
any accommodation booking through In Any Event UK Ltd, which is not subsequently
cancelled with them. In the event of accommodation being cancelled up to 7 days before
your arrival date or a non-arrival, the hotels reserve the right to charge to your credit
card the cost of any accommodation, which they have been unable to resell.
