To qualify for the student rate, you must be currently enrolled in full- or part-time studies. Please provide proof of student status during registration (e.g., student ID or international student card).

3-Day (Day 3-5) Main Conference Registration (Standard/Full for ACM Members, Standard/Full for non-ACM Members, and Student) Includes:

• Access to all conference sessions during the main conference period (30 April – 2 May 2025)
• Daily catering (morning tea, lunch, and afternoon tea)
• Access to the exhibition
• Delegate materials
• Complimentary tickets to the Welcome Function (Tuesday, 29 April)
• Complimentary tickets to the Conference Dinner (Thursday, 1 May)

2-day (Day 1 & 2) Pre-Conference Registration (Workshops, Tutorials, Special Days, W4A) Includes:

• Access to all sessions on 28-29 April 2025
• Daily catering (morning tea, lunch, and afternoon tea)
• Access to the exhibition
• Delegate materials
• Opportunity to purchase tickets for the Welcome Function (Tuesday, 29 April)
• Opportunity to purchase tickets for the Conference Dinner (Thursday, 1 May)

Virtual Registration Includes:

• Access to the online conference platform
• Admission to all sessions (28 April – 2 May 2025)
• Networking opportunities through the online platform

• Ticket: Included in full conference registration
• Additional Ticket: $120.00

Conference Dinner

• Ticket: Included in full conference registration
• Additional Ticket: $300.00

Payment Information

• All payments must be made in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include      applicable GST.
• Full payment is required at the time of registration for credit card payments. For invoice payments, please ensure payment is received within 7 days.
• An invitation letter will only be issued after full payment is received.
• Name badges will be issued after payment is processed.

Cancellation Policy

• Deadline: Tuesday, 15 April 2025
• Cancellations must be submitted in writing (email is sufficient) to the Conference      Secretariat. Full refunds, minus a $150 administration fee, will be issued for cancellations received by 15 April 2025.
• Registrations can be transferred to another person until Monday, 28 April 2025,      without penalty.
• Refund requests after 15 April 2025 will be considered only under      exceptional circumstances.
• We strongly recommend securing travel insurance upon registration.

Important Information

• Name Badge Replacement: A $100 administration fee applies for reprinting lost or forgotten badges.
• Refunds: Eligible refunds will be processed within 30 business days after the conference.
