Participation

The Web Conference 2024 is primarily in-person conference, with some support for remote participation.

On-Site

The conference events will be held primarily in Resorts World Sentosa Convention Centre. We cater 2 coffee breaks and lunch for all 5 days of the conference.

In addition, there are two social events that are held outside of the convention centre, but still in Sentosa island.

You need your conference badge for access into any and all events.

Whova

The main conference app is Whova, where you can find comprehensive information such as schedule, locations, Zoom links, etc.  There are also social networking features to communicate with other conference attendees.  This is essential to making the most of your conference experience.

Live-Streaming via Zoom

Many sessions will be live-streamed, including the keynotes, oral presentations, tutorials, workshops, special days.  Find the Zoom link of respective sessions on Whova or the full schedule. Also note the physical venue, which will also be the name of the respective breakout room within Zoom.  

Papers and Pre-Recorded Videos

You will also have access to the proceedings via ACM Digital Library.

For convenience, links to the PDFs of various papers (active at the start of the conference), as well as the pre-recorded promo videos, can be found within Whova.

Demos and Posters

These are highly-interactive events.  The on-premise demo and poster sessions will not be live-streamed.  Poster sessions will be held at the Central Ballroom. Different themes are presented across five poster sessions.
