Getting Oriented
The conference venue is Resorts World Convention Centre. The first two days, May 13 and 14, will be primarily on Level 1, where there will be 15 function rooms for various workshops, tutorials,special days, etc. The next three days, May 15 to 17, will be split between Level 1 where most of the parallel sessions will be and Level B2 where the keynotes, poster sessions, and some parallel sessions will be.
To know when and where everything is, make sure you have the conference app Whova on hand. It has all the schedules and speakers (Agenda), navigation information (Documents), and digital posters (Artifacts).
There will be two social events, for Main and Passport registrants, outside of the convention centre: Welcome Reception at Tipsy Unicorn in the evening of May 14, 2024 and Evening Special at Universal Studios Singapore (USS) in the evening of May 16, 2024. You need the conference badge to access any and all events.

Upgrade Options
The collection for upgrade options, such as the Gala Dinner and Guest USS Ticket, will be at RWCC Basement 2 at the Conference check-in area on Thursday, May 16, 2024, 1.00pm to 6.00pm.
Parking Coupon
If you park at Resorts World Sentosa, conference attendees may request for a complimentary parking coupon at the conference registration area by showing your badge (subject to limited availability).
