Mr. Bill Huang

Biographical Information:

Bill Huang is the General Manager of China Mobile Research Institute. Previously, he was Senior Vice President and CTO of UTStarcom, Inc.

Bill Huang has been a new technology advocator for Telecom industry with over 21 years of work experience in the development of key communication technologies. He has in-depth experience and striking thoughts in the areas of next generation mobile switching system, IP media streaming, GEPON system, Multi-service Softswitch, and Operation Support System, as well as Value Added Services.

Mr. Huang holds a M.S. in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science from the University of Illinois.
