Registration and Payment

The online registration platform has been closed and all remaining registration processing will be done on-site at BICC, Beijing.

Registration desk will be open for registrations at the lobby of the Beijing International Convention Center (BICC). Opening hours as follows:

• Friday, April 18th: 8:30-18:00
• Saturday, April 19th: 8:30-18:00
• Sunday, April 20th: 8:30-18:00
• Monday, April 21st: 7:30-18:00
• Tuesday, April 22nd: 7:30-18:00
• Wednesday, April 23rd: 7:30-18:00
• Thursday, April 24th: 7:30-noon
• Friday, April 25th: 8:00-noon

Onsite payment can be made by credit card (Visa, Master, Unionpay, JCB, American Express, DinersClub) or cash (Chinese Yuan or US Dollar).

Exchange rate RMB7 to US$1 will be implied.

A La Carte Items

Subject to availability, tickets for welcome reception (April 23) and conference banquet (April 24) may be available for purchase closer to the conference date. Ticket prices are listed below:
Welcome reception: US$30 (or RMB210) per person
Conference banquet: US$150 (or RMB1050) per person
