TA2 - Introduction to the Semantic Web (through an example...)

Time: Monday, April 21 (half-day, morning, 8:30am to 12:00noon)
Location: Room 301 (Level 3)

Abstract:

The Semantic Web is still a mystery to many, especially those whose technical background is limited and who are not interested in analyzing XML code. This tutorial presents the main concepts of the Semantic Web by showing how its data integration works in very general terms and through an (artificial) example.
