Monday, October 17

Tutorials: When you receive your conference materials at check-in, a tutorial sign-up form will be included. No one will be preregistered for any tutorial. Everyone will register for tutorials at the time of check-in on a first come, first served basis. Each tutorial will be presented at both the morning and afternoon sessions to accommodate as many people as possible. Here is the latest list of scheduled tutorials.

Tuesday, October 18 and Wednesday, October 19

Panels: Papers have been grouped into panels. Each of the panels has been scheduled for either Tuesday or Wednesday and the presentation times will be finalized over the next few days. Please be sure to check all of the listings below to be certain we have received your paper and the information we need for the proceedings.

Deadlines

When presenters were notified of acceptance of their paper for a panel or poster, they were asked to return an information form and were given specifications for submitting their papers electronically. Both the information form and the papers have been due for some time. The dates below mark the last possible deadline for receiving that information. The drop dead date for receiving papers to be included in the printed conference proceedings has already passed.

Tuesday, September 20
Submit the information form by this time to be included in the conference program agenda. (Check below to see if we have record of receiving the form.)

Friday, September 30
Submit the appropriate electronic copy of your paper by this date otherwise it cannot be posted on the server before the conference. (Check below to see if we have record of receiving your paper.)

Registration has closed because of the overwhelming response to this conference. If you have not registered for the conference but have been notified that your paper has been accepted for a panel or poster, you must contact OSF immediately. Priority will be given to those who have provided the information requested.
