With the exponential growth of both the number of WWW
browsers and servers, a new global information
infrastructure has arisen. Based on open standards,
it has allowed unprecedented freedom for individuals
and institutions to combine into new electronic
communities. This new phenomenon takes us far beyond
GroupWare into the unexplored terrain of
CommunityWare.
