• ACA is a specific instance of PA with certain role such as a manager.
• ACA has a list of goals, tasks, and a process.
• ACA is a mobile agent - may travel around a network with encoded process.

As an example, just like a manager who knows where to go and who to talk to in order to get his budget approved.
