• PA Acts on behalf of actual participants like Bill, Tom, etc.
• PA represents an actual individual in a business organization.
• PA consults a user profile which contains a list of preferred tools, local host name, address, WWW browser of choice, skills, etc.
• Responsible for retrieving and updating the individual's agenda and constantly seeking and receiving the information of interest.
