Windows 95 and Windows NT currently ship with IP multicast capability. TCP/IP protocol stacks that support IP multicast are commercially available for Windows 3.1 (e.g. from Precept).

The next version of the Mac O/S is supposed to support IP multicast. Right now you can get it on the Mac by installing OpenTransport.
