Ziryeb Marouf

Ziryeb Marouf, who graduated from ESSEC business school and Télécom Paritech, started working at Siemens and then at France Telecom, where he held different positions during the last ten years. He is currently manager of HR 2.0 of France Telecom Orange, where he implements and scales new technologies for the 2.0 company : corporate social networks, generation Y … His flagship project, on which he has been working since the beginning is PLAZZA, an in-house social network for the 17000 people working for the group worldwide.
Ziryeb is also head of the Observatory for corporate social networks, created by Orange jointly with many companies and institutions in 2010 (http://www.obsdesrse.com/). The Observatory brings together about a hundred of companies and institutions faced with implementing social networks for their employees.
He wrote “Les réseaux sociaux numériques, État des lieux et raisons d’agir” (L’Harmattan) and took part in writing severals publications including «Cahier de Prospective : Transformation numérique et nouveaux modes de management» from the Telecom Institute under Carine Dartiguepeyrou and “L’encyclopédie des diversités” (EMS Management et société) under Jean-Marie Peretti (teacher at ESSEC business school).
Lastly, Ziryeb teaches corporate social networks in French Grandes Ecoles inside lifelong formation departments.
