Lionel Collet was chair of the University Claude Bernard Lyon 1 from February 2006 to March 2011.

Hospital-physician and professor of physiology, Lionel Collet was also president of the CPU (Conference of University Presidents) from December 2008 to December 2010.

Doctor of Medicine of Lyon, he received the PhD in human biology in 1985, before becoming a university professor / hospital practitioner in 1992 and Head of Audiology and orofacial exploration at Hospices Civils de Lyon.

Born May 25, 1951, Jean Dorey is a graduate of Ecole Centrale de Paris (promotion 1974). Director of the Ecole Centrale in Beijing since October 2006, he was previously in early 2005 to September 2006, managing director of Lyon University, which became in 2007 the Pole of Research and Higher Education (PRES) of Lyon.
