Editing a HTML Document

Many of the editing options of emacs can be used in this editor using the same key bindings and also movements of the cursor in the file. Please see Appendix A for further information.

In the Edit menu one will find the options Cut, Copy, Paste and Delete. These options can be used when selecting a text. A typical action for selecting text using the mouse is the click-drag technique. When text is selected , it is rendered in reverse video. Now the Cut and Copy options are automatically familiar to be used for the user. Once one of the options is executed, with the Paste option you can move or copy the selected text. The Delete option clears the selected text.
