It is time to make the other persons visible. People should be able to see 
each other and to talk with each other in every place, on every web page 
(or at more abstract locations). Customers of cyber stores would become 
visible to the sales person. Readers of online papers would see each other 
and could communicate without dedicated chat rooms. People just meet on web pages like they do in the real world. 

A new service is required. The service makes persons visible like night 
vision goggles for the Web. It creates the user space whereas http servers 
create the document space.The purpose of this meeting is to find out who is interested in the topic, who does related research, what we can learn from users and to bring all these people together.
