This afternoon Barry Conyngham welcomed the Honourable Barry Jones, National President of the Australian Labor Party to present the Closing Keynote address to conference delegates.

During his speech, Barry outlined how the World Wide Web is
affecting information technology policy development.

In closing the speech, Barry Jones challenged the delegates to
consider the implications of what goes on the web as well as
the mechanics.
