This is a presentation by Peter Field, program Officer with the Public Service Commission of Canada (PSC), and Chuck Letourneau OF INDUSTRY Canada. Our presentation will highlight some of the key activities undertaken in the diversity Management directorate, Industry Canada, and our federal and private sector partners. Our web research promotes access to the Internet for all users, with specific emphasis on users with disabilities. By the conclusion of our presentation, our participants WILL walk away with: an update on our products and services which assist the public and private sectors in the design of accessible web pages, - an examination of our preliminary findings including case studies, best practices and lessons learned in the use of these accessibility tools, and - an advance preview on our future activities, research and partnerships Please join us.
