Thierry Autret
Senior Security Expert, Sligos (France)
For years legal business transactions have been settled using trusted entities that the parties had chosen to call to witness their transaction. Transposed to the electronic era, these entities are now called using the generic name " Trusted Third Parties ". This concept is not new per se, and such entities exist for many years. Nevertheless, if tomorrow on-line electronic commerce takes its promised place, they will be a keystone of the secure exchanges. Concurrently, this security that can only be achieved using cryptographic techniques, should be generalized through these Trusted Third Parties. Biography
