To help you organize your stay in Paris, we have made special arrangements with some hotels. Please make reservations directly with our agency CTM. We have provided contact information and a fill-out for faxing reservation. All requests must be received by April 26, 1996, to guarantee conference rate.

To reserve a room, please:

1. print the WWW5 Hotel Registration Form,
2. fill this form with 3 choices of hotels taken in the following lists :
   • List of hotels with prices less than 500 FF
   • List of hotels with prices between 500 FF and 700 FF
   • List of hotels with prices greater than 700 FF
3. mail or fax this form before April 26, 1996, to :
