Panel on World Wide Web Security

Allan Schiffman, Terisa Systems, was scheduled to give a talk on the Security working group status; Allan is sick with the Flu and will be unable to give this talk. Phill Hallam-Baker will chair a panel to discuss current developments in Web Security. There will be panelists from the W3C, industry, and cryptographic communities.
