The aim of this workshop is to discuss Human-Computer Interaction from two angles with respect to the Web: guidelines for more usable documents, and a plan for organization and creation of materials related to HCI which will be based on the guidelines and serve as examplars of their use.

At the end of the workshop we want to have two proto-documents ready, for further development at a follow-on special interest group at CHI'95 in Denver, USA in May.
