• Deadline for Super Early bird registrations 5% off : December, 31st 2012 (Brazilian Standard Time)
• Star of Early bird Registration: January, 1st 2013 (Brazilian Standard Time)
• Deadline for Early bird registrations : March, 25th 2013 (Brazilian Standard Time)
• Start of regular Registration peirod : March, 26th 2013 (Brazilian Standard Time)
• End of regular  registration period: April, 19th, 2013 (Brazilian Standard Time)

After May 06th, 2013 registrations will be only effected at the venue (Windsor Barra Hotel) from 8:00 am, on May, 13, 2013 until May 17, 2013

Student’s Information

Students must submit an official Institute / University certificate or letter containing the signature of the legally responsible for the institution with their registration to confirm their student status. Documentation must be sent to the Conference Secretariat e-mail: pagtoeventos@nic.br until May 3, 2013.

IMPORTANT: Failure to submit the documentation required will lead to cancellation of the student registration.
The deadline for submission supporting documentation for students registration  is until May 3. Participants who do not submit the requested documentation entries will be automatically canceled. Will be charged a fine of 50% of the registration fee.

Payment Information

Registrations can be paid online using a credit card, via international transfer, via “commitment note” (available only to Brazilian Government Agencies).

• International transfer and “commitment note” payments shall be made payable to “WWW2013Brasil” in U.S. dollars.
• Where international transfers “commitment notes”, registration will only be confirmed upon receipt of proof of transfer or copy of the “commitment note”. Send proof required to: pagtoeventos@nic.br
• Please indicate your name and contact number in the documents submitted

Attention: only for Brazilians – Payment via “Empenho”

A copy of the “empenho”  must be sent to the email: pagtoeventos@nic.br until  day 10/05/2013.

Attention: only for Brazilians – Registration for Corporations (“Pessoa Jurídica – PJ”)

The invoices inscriptions “Pessoa Jurídica” will be issued on behalf of the company. The participant’s name will be in receipt (“nota fiscal”). For registration using “Pessoa Jurídica” data, access this link.

Procedure for wiretransfer

International transactions that are not possible via Paypall  must be paid directly into the account of NIC.br plus the rate of $ 100 per registration. Please contact:  pagtoeventos@nic.br or by phone 11 55 5509-3554 (Ana Paula).

Conversion Rate

The rate used for conversion of U.S. dollars to real is 2.10%. Ex. US$ 1.00 = R$ 2.10

Currency conversion Rate

• 1 USD = R$ 2.10 BRL
• 1 GBP=  R$ 3.25 BRL
• 1 Euro= R$ 2.60 BRL

Cancellation Policy

If you must cancel your registration, please send an e-mail to  www2013@nic.br until April 15, 2013 to receive a 50% refund. Refunds will not be accepted after April 15, 2013. The deadline for changing attendees’ data is April 20, 2013, only by email to www2013@nic.br

Visa Information

Depending on the agreements between Brazil and your country of citizenship, a visa may be required to enter in Brazil. Please contact the nearest Brazilian Embassy or Consulate Office for more information and required forms. Please note that Visas must be obtained prior to departure.

In order to facilitate the processing of your visa for this event, please present to the Brazilian Consulate/Embassy a printed registration confirmation form for www2013 with your visa application. This form will be emailed to you once your registration application has been approved by the event and paid.
