Depending on the agreements between Brazil and your country of citizenship, a visa may be required to enter Brazil. Please contact the nearest Brazilian Embassy or Consulate Office for more information and required forms. Please note that Visas must be obtained prior to departure.

In order speed up the processing of your visa for this event please submit a printed invitation letter for www2013 with your visa application to the Brazilian Consulate/Embassy. This invitation letter will be emailed to you once your registration application has been approved by event registrations and paid for. You must ask this letter in the inscription form.
