• The 3-day and 5-day registration passes include two coffee breaks and lunch each day, the welcome reception and the Gala Social event.

• The 1-day, 2-day, student registration passes include two coffee breaks and lunch each day but do not include the welcome reception or Gala social event. Ticket to those has to be purchased separately.

• Students must submit an official Institute / University certificate or letter, in conjunction with their registration, which confirms your student status. Documentation must be sent to the Conference Secretariat at the address given on the website or scan the certificate or letter and e-mail it to secretariat@www2011india.com

• Payment against registration can be made online via credit card (Visa or Master only), or bank draft

• All Demand Drafts should be made payable to “WWW2011India”, in Indian Rupees, payable at Bangalore.

• In case of Demand Drafts, registration will only be confirmed upon receipt of payment

• Kindly indicate your name and contact number at the back of Demand Draft and send it to Conference Secretariat

• Kindly note: No International Cheque will be accepted

Help, my Bank says that they do not see the transaction or they have not blocked it ?

Call agents at the bank, normally, do not have access to failed / declined transaction and hence they are not visible to them on their screens. However the issuing bank normally accepts/declines the transactions.

What can I do now ?

Try an alternate card, its the easiest solution. If you do not have one then you can send us a wire transfer. Details are available here.

Cancellation Policy

If you must cancel for any reason, please e-mail the conference office at secretariat@www2011india.com by 15 February, 2011 to receive a 50% refund. Refunds will not be made after 15 February, 2011. Substitutions are permitted, but must be made in writing to secretariat@www2011india.com before
15 March 2011.

Note: We cannot guarantee that all conference materials will be available to those who register after 15 March 2011.
