The load on the Web and the diversity of its applications continue to grow.
The performance track seeks papers relating to Web performance,
reliability, and scalability. While "traditional" web content (such as HTML)
continues to be of interest, papers on the performance of "newer" web
applications such as streaming media are especially welcome. Topics include,
