3.2 - Linking External Logical Infostructures

To update all the links to the external infostructures, we must re-run WebLinker using the external mapping table as input. This creates a new set of HTML documents where all anchors that had URN attributes now also have HREF attributes with the absolute URL of the remote resource.

Given a LIN FARMING#Pigs and a LIN to LRN mapping rule:
