Advanced Applications

Up to this point, we have presented HyperCode primarily as an aid to the programmer attempting to understand and develop code on an individual, or at least relatively local, scale. However, by replacing the mechanism of static HTML files with a database of code front-ended by a WWW server, we make HyperCode into a mechanism for code sharing, distribution, and evolution on a network-wide scale.
